     Lian Zhi Zhan has made mountain climbing his career. He graduated from the Department of Sociology at the National ChengChi University and led the university mountain climbing club. He has achieved numerous accomplishments during his climbing career including leading teams up Mount Kilimanjaro (5895m) and Mount Everest (8848m) in 2006 and 2009, and becoming the Founding Chairman of the Taiwan Ecology Mountain Climbing School. Most notably, he became the first Taiwanese to lead a team to climb the seven highest mountains in the world. He has written about his experiences as a mountain climber in the book "Courage, on Top of the Summit" which encourages readers to chase their dreams and conquer the highest mountains in their hearts. He currently serves as the Program Executive of Atunas and as the Committee Chairman of the Chinese Taipei Alpine Association.
